RESIDENTS in Delevan's boundaries:  The window for enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year will open on March 9.

If you prefer a hard copy, you may pick up an enrollment packet from the Main Office beginning March 23, 2026.

Pick-up times: 9-11am and 1:30-3:30 pm. 

 

Photo identification and utility bill to verify residency required to receive an enrollment packet.

 

To Ensure a smooth Enrollment Process, please be sure to have the following documents ready for submission

  • Original Documents:
    1. Birth Certificate
    2. Immunization Records
    3. Proof of Residence (current utility bill from gas, electric, or water company, or government document)
    4. Parent or guardian valid photo identification
