welcome back koalas and Welcome to our Tuesday Morning assembly my name is Zoe Duran your 6th grade student council president please join me in the Pledge of Allegiance pleased and put your right hand over your heart ready begin I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands one nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all thank you maybe she did skate night thank you for koalas for making our first date night in two years a huge success we had 337 followers and their families attend a special thanks to Tiffany McPherson Elizabeth block Jane Rohan Josie Trinidad Evan Washington John wehage and Benjamin Bo Drew and laying Williamson or volunteering to help make such a fun Delavan memory happen Lunar New Year where is coming up on January 22nd please join us as we celebrate the year of the rabbit this year every koala will be receiving a lucky Red Envelope wallet cash as part of our Lunar New Year celebration be sure to turn in your koala cash by Friday January 27th to take part in the special Lunar New Year koala cash raffle at the Monday morning assembly on January 30th in elevation of Lunar New Year there will be 15 days drawn for 15 special Lunar New Year prizes wishing you lots of luck and happiness in the year ahead and at the Lunar New Year koala cash good luck koalas spiritwear get your Delavan swag are spirit wear stores open for on demand orders visit spirit hero.com and type Delevan drive into the school box to find our store Delavan school spirit lets your school spirit koalas every Friday come to scoring run any Delavan where you at I can be no trace on koala fun AR or even a student council shirt basically any item with a koala or Delavan on it reflection back in December Delevan Drive submitted 13 to the 10th District PTA Reflections program to compete with other schools in her area and today we are proud to announce the winners of the 10th District PTA Reflections book program and dance choreography the Award of Excellence in the middle division goes to Carmen Dominguez in the category of music composition in the primary division the Award of Excellence go to Denver Hutchins the word of excellence in Film Production in the middle division goes to Jeremy DeLisle in the field every category the award of Merit goes to Chris a Gators in the primary Division and Hemet or else the Nova in the intermediate division the award of Merit for literature ghost Aaron Aguilera in the intermediate division in music composition the award of Merit in the middle division goes to eat and ride an hour or dance choreography the award of Merit goes to Hemet Horas de Nova in the intermediate division in the category of Visual Arts the honorable mentions goes to Caitlin us Ivy orandi and Nicholas Garza the honorable mention in photography goes to Carmen Dominguez and Honorable Men put on some production goes to Stella McCullough congratulations to all of our Delavan artist we are so proud of you the Award of Excellence winners Carmen Dominguez Jeremy DeLisle and Denver Hutchins will move on to the California state competition all koalas are rooting for you guys koala Bob sticker continue to bring and use your reusable water bottle everyday and help save the Earth classic race are sixth graders will be going around the classroom to hand out stickers on any random day so make sure you to show them your reusable bottle once they get there Wacky Wednesday tomorrow's my key Wednesday is mustache day let's come to scoring bring mustaches that are thin but she long or more next Wacky Wednesday next week Sparky Wednesday on Mary 25th is inside out they come to school wearing your clothes inside out it could be inside out shirt inside out pants an inside-out sweater look into future Wacky Wednesday for the month of February crayon date is on February 1st Disney day is February 8th Valentine's theme day is February 15th a minion date is on February 22nd the January Ivy character traits what is knowledgeable we develop and use conceptual understanding explore knowledge across a range of disciplines we engage with issues and ideas that have local and Global significance our January Ivy character quote of the week for knowledgeable is education is the most important weapon you can use to change the world by Nelson Mandela now for the of the week for January 10th to the 13th and mrs.
